π΅ The Official Pool Maintenance Anthem π΅
(A Pool Owner's Serenade)
"Keepin' it country between our weekly visits"
[Verse 1]
Well, the Project 36 truck just rolled away,
Left my water sparklin' like a lake in Bombay,
But I know six days from now, 'fore they come back,
There's some simple little things to keep it on track.
So grab your skimmer net, let me tell you what to do,
Between the weekly cleanings, keep that water blue.
[Chorus]
π΅ Skim the surface every mornin',
Empty them baskets, don't you be ignorin',
Check that pressure gauge on your filter there,
Keep them leaves from floatin' everywhere.
π΅ Between the cleanings, keep it clean,
The best dang pool that Texas ever seen! π΅
[Verse 2]>
If you see some leaves just sittin' on top,
Don't wait 'til Wednesday, get 'em while they're hot,
Run that robot cleaner 'round the pool,
Keep that water lookin' shiny and cool.
[Bridge]
If the water starts lookin' a little bit green,
Don't panic, don't worry, don't make a scene,
Just give us a call at (682) 555-1234,
We'll turn that algae into nothin' more.
[Final Chorus]
π΅ Skim the surface every mornin',
Empty them baskets, don't you be ignorin',
Check that pressure, test your water too,
Project 36 is countin' on you!
π΅ Between the cleanings, keep it right,
And your pool will be the neighborhood delight! πΈπ΅

Here's what that catchy tune actually means for your pool care routine between our weekly visits:
Spend 2-3 minutes daily skimming leaves and debris. It prevents them from sinking and staining your pool bottom. Takes less time than your morning coffee!
Check and empty your skimmer basket and pump strainer basket twice a week. Full baskets reduce water flow and strain your pump. Takes 30 seconds!
Glance at your filter pressure weekly. Normal is 10-15 PSI. If it jumps 8-10 PSI above normal, your filter needs cleaning. High pressure = poor filtration.
If you have an automatic cleaner, run it 2-3 times between our visits. Set it for 2-3 hour cycles. It supplements our vacuuming and keeps floors spotless.
Quick test strips mid-week keep you informed. Check chlorine and pH between our full tests. If chlorine reads zero, shock it! If pH is off, adjust it.
Leaves that sit for days stain plaster and decompose into algae food. After storms, grab that net! A quick 5-minute skim prevents hours of scrubbing later.
π΅ "Just 5 minutes a day keeps the algae away!" π΅
